As I do not give testimonials very often, I will be thorough with this one. From the moment I contacted Garcia Moto (visited their website), I had great communication. That allowed for a visit on Saturday where I met Cody on the sales floor. He was immediately responsive and we proceeded to look at the Indians available on the floor. I was interested in one particular model and Cody was very thorough to explain that bike to me along with a very detailed run through of the Ride Command features (excellent addition to a modern bike). Having done my homework, I was prepared to buy that particular Indian if we could agree on a price. I walked away and told him that I needed some time to think about my options. We stayed in contact via texts and reached an agreement. It was late in the afternoon on Saturday so I returned to the dealership to finalize the transaction. Then I met a few other employees who were quite helpful and easy to talk with. I live 2 hours away from Raleigh so we scheduled the pick-up for the following Tuesday.Tuesday: got to Garcia Moto by 10am and the bike was sitting near the door with the "Sold" sign on it. Very cool feeling walking in to see that! Cody met me and we started the exchange process. My wife and I met with Garrett (the owner) and we were impressed with the professionalism/enthusiasm we received. All the details were explained to us as every step was smooth! Cody took me to the Parts Dept where I purchased an add-on item and that too was a great experience.I have purchased quite a few "vehicles" in my lifetime and this was by far the best encounter. The dealership was bright, clean, well staffed with informed people and the layout was easy to navigate. It was a breeze to get to via the 540 beltway and Route 1 off I-40 as I was coming from the West.Do yourself a huge favor, shop Garcia Moto!!Ray

After searching high and low for the best price on the bike I was looking for, I finally found it at Garcia Moto! I live in Charlotte, N.C. and drove over 2 1/2 hours to purchase my bike. I cant thank Greg Murphy (sales manager) enough for the work he did making this an easy and enjoyable experience! I purchased the bike sight unseen from Greg and it was perfect just like he said. He sent me photos and a detailed description of the bike all of which was true when I picked the bike up. He even helped me load my bike on the trailer and made sure it was tied down securely! I would be amiss if I didnt mention Jason in financing, he was great as well, he got me in and out quickly and with all my questions answered. All in all this was by far the best buying experience I have ever had purchasing a car or motorcycle! I cant speak highly enough of the staff at Garcia Moto! I will happily drive 2 1/2 hours to buy my next bike from Garcia Moto! Thanks guys!

My Sister recommended Garcias. As a woman and a first-time rider, she felt respected and well serviced. I needed the basics to take my first class. (Helmit, Gloves etc.) and try to see what bike size is best for me since i'm 5ft 7. Needless to say, a customer may feel a little uncomfortable and intimidated around bike dudes. When i first arrived, I'm thinking I'm Gona spend too much money here let's not get carried away. We'll let me tell you, I was wrong. The gentleman that helped me and the attitudes of all the staff I encountered during my first encounter was not at all what I imagined. They respected my entry level status. The products were priced economically, presented in an atmosphere of nicely arranged decor which was noticeably clean . I spent a few hours there, it was my day off, I left with a wonderful experience and a feeling that my time spent was enjoyable. I can't wait to buy my first bike from Garcias.

Garcia Moto is one of the few motorcycle dealerships left in this country that understand that motorcycling is fun, and that it all starts with the buying process. This is why I ordered from them when I live in Virginia. There is no doubt that in today's environment, purchasing a bike made overseas is not an easy task. I know because I waited 4 months for my BMW, and am still waiting for the topcase from BMW. I want to quickly share a few of the 'above and beyond' things Greg and his team did to streamline the process: 1. BMW had a pricing discrepancy between the online ordering system and the deal sheet pricing (a $1400 mistake in their favor), and Greg went to bat to resolve it. 2. Due to the unexpected delay in delivery, Greg personally delivered my bike to Virginia on his personal time. 3. The service team updated the software on my bike (normally done at the 650 mile service) prior to delivery. 4. The finance team got back to me same day to complete the paperwork so that the delivery would go smoothly 5.When BMW miscommunicated options on the bike (result of the chip shortage), the owner of Garcia Moto got involved personally to make it right. I can't think of anything more this dealership could have done to make this experience easy and enjoyable, and give my highest recommendation to this team of enthusiasts. Thanks guys!

I had Garcia do some regular maintenance on my 1200 GS. (I bought it from a private seller.) The scheduling and service were very efficient and the price was fair. They noticed a couple of things while they had the bike on the lift and called me, which I appreciated. The drop-off and pick-up were just as timely. They werent super friendly, but thats not why I stopped in. In short, Ill be back.

I did a review on your website and realized I used the wrong form for submitting a review so I'm resending another one just to make sure the staff there gets the 5 star rating they deserve. I bought a 2018 Indian chieftain over the phone from Steve and was confident that I wouldn't be disappointed after seeing the bike in person. I live in Ohio so coming to the dealership before I purchased the bike was not going to happen. It is during difficult and challenging times that you appreciate all the special things the Garcia Moto team does. I've recently had my motorcycle serviced, and they continue to provide the same high quality service they always have. They even took the time to reset my suspension with me on the bike as I arrived to pick it up after a routine service. The sales team greeted me as a friend, not a "customer", with both Greg and Steve asking if my family was doing well. I asked Karl, the Service Advisor, if there were any of the recently discontinued BMW boots for sale. He quickly told me that they didn't have my size, and then checked the entire nationwide BMW inventory to see if one was available. Garrett, the owner, was his usual friendly self, and also took time out of his schedule to "Just say HI". In addition to the full line of wonderful motorcycles that they sell and have readily available, what more could you want? My thanks to the entire team.

Absolute perfect experience. I am almost 3 hours away from this dealership, and I negotiated the deal on-line with Greg. When I got there, the team was was ready with the paperwork and I was gone within 30 minutes. Highly recommended. I am currently in the market for yet another Ducati, and, in spite of the distance, I can assure you it will come from Greg and Garcia motors.

After searching for a 2014 Super Tenere ES for the past few months, I located one at Garcia Moto. Online, it looked like the right bike at the right price. I called and spoke with Greg Murphy, the Sales Manager. I immediately felt comfortable doing business with Greg and Garcia Moto. It was my first time buying any vehicle from across country - I live in Chicago. Greg was helpful and made the process easy. I departed Chicago at 8 AM and arrived in Raleigh where Greg had a ride waiting for me. I was riding toward Chicago by 11:30 AM. The longest part was everyone at the the dealership recommending their favorite northwest bound ride! It was a great experience. I wouldn't think twice about doing it again.

I have been looking to purchase a Motorcycle for a couple of months now. After looking at all the new options and all the different name brands I came to the conclusion the BMW 1200GS Adventure was my choice. After this then the decision to purchase it at what dealership came into play. Since there was no local BMW Motorcycle Dealership, I have to look on-line. I determined that most dealerships had similar prices. Five dealerships were within acceptable driving range.

I started to call the dealerships to get a feel of what my options were and of course get the best deal. So one may ask why did I finally decide to purchase my BMW 1200GS Adventure at Garcia Moto. Two words. OUTSTANDING SERVICE. So around Noon Saturday, not knowing who I was or my buying intent, Greg went the extra mile to make sure he set aside all my concerns about purchasing a motorcycle from his store. All this was done over the phone. But due to my time constrains with my wifes job and mine it would have been two to three weeks before I could make my purchase. But again Greg went the extra, extra mile and offered to stay late on a Saturday evening after they closed (4 p.m.) and waited the extra 2 hrs. for the Wife and I to drive to the store to get my new bike. This was, as they say, the final nail in the coffin, which made me decide to purchase the motorcycle from Greg and make the trip.

And to my surprise his service was even better when we arrived. No rushing or any pressure to hurry up was ever observed. He even got the Service Dept. to put together another 1200 GS Adventure in a different color for us to look at just to make sure we had all our options available to choose from. This was amazing and furthered my belief that service to the customer will always set you above your competition. Greg and Lisa are assets to Garcia Moto. They have shown thru their actions that Outstanding Service is not dead and will win you the sale every time.
So please support your local business even if you have to drive a couple of hours. My wife and I would like to thank Greg and Lisa for their time they took away from their family and love ones to make our life enjoyable with their outstanding service.

I just bought another bike from Garcia Moto. It's a BMW R1200 R. I have to say that this is the best bike I'd ever rode. It handles great, has a lot of power, & is extremely comfotable to ride. I just love jumping on the bike & going for a ride. I enjoy it so much that I decompress & forget about the stress of the day. I would recommend the bike & dealership to anyone looking for the brands they sell- BMW, Ducati, KTM, & Husquavarna.

I had my BMW R1200gs 12k service done on my bike and I will say that I have been to a lot of different dealerships because I have had other brands of motorcycles,but this is the best one that I have ever been to. The Service Manager was very professional and helpful. When the technicians were done working on your bike it did not have any oil, grease or finger prints on it. All of the Staff was friendly and happy to assist in anyway they could. I live 90 miles from this dealership and I will honestly have to say this is the only dealership I will be taking my R1100RT and R1200gs to. When I bought my 2014 K1600 GTL, Greg recommended that I purchase the tire/road hazard warranty. I usually do not buy these type of products, but luckily I took his recommendation, and guess what? I had a nail in my rear tire on day 2!! Got a brand new tire and installed and Covered by my warranty! Do not buy a bike without it. It works exactly like Greg and Paul said it would. Thank you to everyone at Garcia Moto for all their help and guidance. Great group of people. Highly recommended.

"I can't tell you how nice it is to walk into a dealer ship and feel like your always welcome even if you stop in for a quick rest and coffee. When I purchased my new bike from(Geoff) never did I feel presured and they made sure that the bike I chose was the one I wanted and felt comfortable with. The Service Department (Jon) takes time to explain details and what is going on with my bike on all my service trips. When I've had questions on accessorys Jon makes sure that everything is in order and most of the time I have the guys in the shop install them for me. "This is one great business! I can't believe I'm lucky enough to live near what has to be one of the best motorcycle dealerships--of any brand--in the country. I was quoted a low-low price for a used 2004 R1150 RTP (police version) that was in mint condition with only 17,100 miles on it. I came back a couple days later and was told a substantially higher (and more reasonable, to be honest) price. I mentioned what I had been quoted earlier and was told, If that's what I said, then that's what I'll stand by."" At this point they already had two other people interested in buying the bike at the higher price. Sticking to their original (probably erroneous) quote and keeping their integrity would cost them $1500. Nonetheless, Garrett was willing to stand by what he said without hesitation. Wow! I've been really impressed with all aspects of the operation. Garrett is a man of his word and runs a ""class act."" Greg provides all kinds of great advice without being pushy. RE: 2003 R1200C. I live in New York so it was a bit of a leap of faith buying an older bike sight unseen from so far away. Greg Murphy assured me of the condition and also guaranteed it would arrive serviced and ready to go. Well the bike arrived with a bad battery and flashing ABS lights after two day in a truck. I know this sort of thing can happen when a bike sits on the showroom floor away from the charger. Without question Greg sent me a new battery and Capitol paid my local BMW dealer to reset the ABS computer. You can trust these guys!! Thanks and I love the bike!!

While my motorcycle was being serviced I was offered coffee, snacks, motorcycle racing to view and a nice couch to relax. I came in with one of my friends just to pick up some fuel stabilizer and we both started talking to the staff. the staff was friendly and helpful. I have been thinking of the next bike i want to own and both me and my friend ended up taking a demo ride on the 013 Husqvarna TR650 Terra. i have to say i was sold. the tr600 has every thing i would be looking in a bike. i was comfortable but it had great power and handling. I know that is my next bike i can ride it up to the mountains take my gear in to the house and hop right back on and go hit the trails.
