Why Do I Have to Prepay for Special Orders?
Our suppliers require prepayment of special order items. You will receive a phone call the moment your special order is here.
How Long Does It Take for a Special Order to Come In?
The usual wait time is between 7-14 business days from date of purchase. Sometimes this wait time is longer due to international suppliers, customs, and backorders. We offer expedited shipping when applicable.
How Do I Know if It Fits My Bike?
We have a few options: when looking for OEM parts, try the microfiche or you can always give us a call. This is the advantage of dealing with your local BMW, Ducati, and KTM dealership directly; a feature buying online doesn't usually offer. Our parts department staff are motorcycle experts and do everything they can to answer your question. If we don't immediately know the answer, we will find out.
What Is Your Return Policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on unused, as-new items. Certain return exclusions apply such as electrical components, helmets, apparel, and all special order items as we cannot return them to the supplier. There is a no return or store credit for special orders, cancelled orders, items not picked up after 30 days or discounted/sale items sold below MSRP. If original packaging has been opened it cannot be returned.
